Many people have no clue how to lose weight safely and naturally. There are tons of websites and advertisements, particularly those belonging to companies that sell diet drugs or other weight-loss products, promote misinformation about losing weight.
Following are the some reasons you are not losing weight
- YOU ARE NOT SLEEPING WELL
Studies have found that people with sleep deprivation or poor sleep have a much higher risk of being obese. It is necessary to have 7 to 9 hrs sleep in order to make you feel active and energetic.
Once you finished your meal, drink water after half an hour.
If possible drink half a litter water 30 minutes before your meal. Try drinking about 9 to 10 glass of water daily. It will make you hydrated.
- NOT EATING MINDFULLY-
You should concentrate on your food while eating;-
Use below method :-
- Sit down at a table with just your food/ eat on ground with your food.
- Eat slowly and chew each bite with relish. Try to focus on the colours, aroma, ingredients of your food.
- When you being to feel full stop it.
- Don’t talk while eating
- Switch of your TV.
- YOU’RE EATING TOO OFTEN
If you are eating every hour then you will increase your weight. You should check your carb intake. Try eating 5 times a day at most- breakfast- 8 Am, morning snack-11 Am, lunch- 1.30 PM, afternoon snack- 4Pm, and dinner- 8.30 Pm.
Walking makes you feel better. Do 30 minutes brisk walking. Before walking do some stretching and set realistic goals.

Eat protein rich foods such as:-
- Eggs- with yellow bulk
- Chicken Breast.
- Beans and legumes
